Contact: Please email us at [email protected] or call (405)-554-2622. Operating hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm EST Monday – Friday. During high call volume hours or peak seasons, you may opt to leave a voice mail with your contact information. We will reply via email  within 48 business hours.

Refunds/ Credits: All sales are final. To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your product and explain why a refund is being requested. Please contact an AVAIL Leadership Customer Service agent to determine if you are eligible for a refund.

Cancellation: To manage or cancel your subscription please email [email protected] and we'll get this handled for you within 48 hours.
